Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you, and if well-behaved, they are always welcome at The Strathmore.

Residents of The Strathmore are responsible for electricity and any cable or internet services.  WC Smith will handle all trash, water and sewer charges.

Yes!  The closets grocery store is Trader Joe's, about a 6 minute walk away.
